• Description: iPSC-based 3D organoid systems are traditionally too complex to utilize in high-throughput toxicity studies. Here, we will discuss a novel platform for highly-parallel measurement of cardiac organoid contractility. We demonstrate how this scalable platform can be used in a multiplexed manner across various industry-standard assay modalities.
